Due to the high level of planning involved for our tours, our payment/cancellation policy is as follows.

Once a Tour is booked by a client and the specifics are agreed upon between the client and Stylista Shopping Tours, 25%  of the tour fee is held as a nonrefundable deposit.  The deposit is nonrefundable in the event of cancellation. However, the deposit may be reapplied if the tour is rescheduled.

Additionally, if the client cancels less than two weeks prior or does not show up for another reason, it is up to the discretion of Stylista Shopping Tours to give back part of the deposit. Stylista Shopping Tours appreciates the understanding of our clients regarding the above policies, due to the unique nature of the planning involved in these tours.
