Any Given Sunny Day…

Strolling down 5th ave. on a gorgeous sunny afternoon I came across these two handsome young men who were wearing interesting t-shirts. They had a fresh hip look about them, so I chatted them up… Santo was wearing the white t-shirt that he designed himself and Alberto is wearing the same one in yellow. They actually sell them there on 5th between 81st and 82nd. They also sell these cool NYC subway maps covered in beautiful art work! Santo runs Papa B. Studios in Brooklyn, it’s an artist collective production house where they rent affordable communal studio space for all sorts of local artists, they also have a small shop called Re-Up Brooklyn where art supplies, skateboards, t-shirts and other goodies are sold. I learned all of this just stopping to compliment a t-shirt. On any given sunny day you can find Santo and Alberto on 5th ave. by the Met between 81st and 82nd.
